Circle of Security™

[for children 0-5 years]

Circle of Security is an eight-week program designed for parents/carers of children aged 0-5 years that is proven to help parents strengthen bonds with their children while teaching children to build secure relationships.

How can it help me and my child?

The program will help you increase your confidence as a parent, learn to understand your child’s emotional needs and support their ability to manage their emotions.

You will learn to protect and nurture your child while encouraging their independence and supporting the development of their self-esteem and confidence.

Tuning into Kids™

[for children 5-12 years]

Tuning into Kids™ is a six -week parenting program focused on the developing the emotional connection between parents and carers and their children.

How can it help me and my child?

Tuning into Kids™ programs are proven to be successful in building parenting skills, improving relationships between parents and carers and their children and building emotional resilience and independence among children. When children develop their emotional skills they are better equipped for the ups and downs of life.

Tuning into Teens™

[young people 12+ years]

Tuning into Teens™ is a six-session program helping parents and carers guide their teen to become more self-assured, cope better with conflict and self-regulate their emotions.

How can it help me and my teenager?

The program will help parents and carers build stronger, lasting relationships with their teenage children, and teach techniques to manage challenging behavour.

Dads Tuning into Kids™

Parenting for Dads

This program focuses on the emotional connection and attachment between a father and their child.

How can it help me and my child?

The program will assist dads in developing skills to recognize, understand and manage their own and their child’s feelings.

It helps dads to become more aware of their child’s emotions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively, even in difficult circumstances.

Dads will gain skills in assisting their child to problem solve, and guide their child’s behaviour within appropriate limits.
