Janelle has extensive management experience in the working with children, young people and families in the child protection, out of home care and disability service sectors.
She has sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary research and evidence-informed practice and brings a systematic approach to leadership, service design, planning and delivery, and quality assurance.
Committee Member since March 20, Deputy Chair since December 2020.
Tony has extensive international management experience across a range of industries including Not-For-Profit organisations in the disability sector.
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, human resources and organizational change to support our future growth.
Committee member since 2014, Secretary since November 2019.
Peter has previously held the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson roles with BFCC. As a senior executive he has deep experience leading and delivering data and technology projects across both the private and public sectors.
Peter brings strong strategic planning, governance and technical experience to help steer our future direction.
Committee Member since March 2018, Treasurer since November 2018.
Anna has had over 12 years’ experience in accounting, with the past 10 in the corporate and personal insolvency space. A Chartered Accountant, she is currently a senior manager at a boutique insolvency firm.
Anna brings sound commercial acumen and risk oversight skills to the committee.

Bill’s experience includes senior management roles in Europe and Asia and is founder of a Sydney-based events and marketing consultancy.
Bill brings to the committee more than 20 years’ experience in not-for-profit governance, fundraising, marketing and communications.

Sarah has over 10-years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, providing advice to companies across a range of industries and sizes.
She brings to BFCC a strong background in legal obligations and requirements, as well as risk and compliance.

Rachael has 25-years’ experience across government and non-government sectors.
She has worked in a variety of areas including domestic/family violence, women’s health, family support, men, and children & young people. In addition, she has held positions on several community boards and advisory committees, working with diverse communities locally and interstate.
Rachael is passionate about ‘grass roots’ community services, where projects supported by local organisations help address local needs.
